ሃሌ ሉያ (hallelujah) - praise yhwh, at least fifteen different melodies associated with this word of life

ቤትህ (bétih) - thy house, your house

መታህ (metah) - he has beaten thee, he has stricken thee, he hit you

እግዚአብሔር ያጽናህ (igzeeabihér yatsnah) - may the lord have you endure, or strengthen you

መጣብህ (meTabh), መጣልህ (meTalh) - he/it has come upon thee, he/it came for you

በደኅና ያስኀድርህ (bedehna yashadirh) - may he (God) make thee pass the night well, may he (the lord) make you spend the night well

ተቀመጥህ (teqemeTh)- thous hast sat down, you have sat down

ትኖራለህ (tinoraleh) - thou remainest?, you will be here?

በልተሃል (beltehal) - have you eaten?, or you have eaten

የሰድሃል (yisedihal), ይልክሃል (yilikihal) - he will send thee/you

ሁሉ (hulu) - all, any, every, each, the whole, the totality

ሁለት (hulet) - two

ሃምሌ (hamlé) - the eleventh month of the ge’ez calendar, roughly July

ሀሞት (hamot) - the bile, gall, bitter liquid

ሀር (har) - silk
